Kelvin Chan is the Director and Principal Consultant of Teian Consulting International Pte Ltd and had led multi-disciplinary teams of Consultants and Professionals in assisting more than 800 SMEs in productivity improvement and related projects in Singapore, Asia, and Africa. He served as a Chief Resource Person / Resource Person for the Asian Productivity Organization and is instrumental in training many Productivity Practitioners, Productivity Consultants and Trainers and Green Productivity Specialist in Asia, Africa and South America for more than 20 years. He also served as an Associate Facility for the subject on Productivity Management at the Singapore University of Social Sciences. He was the Chair of the Working Committee for the development of the Enterprise Singapore recognised, Registered Management Consultant (RMC) certification programme of the Institute of Management Consultants (Singapore) to certify management consultants in Singapore.

He is an active Rotarian and has served as President of Rotary Club of Singapore North in the term 2012-2013. He is instrumental in spearheading the club’s ‘North Wheel’ project in partnership with Mobility Aids Services Training Centre of Kampong Senang Charity and Education Foundation. The project focuses on repair, maintenance and recycling of wheelchairs for the community in Singapore. Over the years, he has served in other positions including Vice-President, Director Club Administration, Director International Service, Sergeant at Arms and member Community Services Committee.

Elsie, retired on 1 July 2018 as the Chief Marketing Officer, a Senior Management within the group at Singapore Press Holdings Limited (SPHL). The Integrated Marketing Division under her was responsible for SPHL media revenue of over $700m harnessing the convergent power of print, digital, radio and out-of-home to maximize advertisers marketing efforts. She brings with her over 30 years of Marketing, Operational and General Management experience in media, retail, fashion and the sporting goods industry.
In SPH, besides marketing SPH media assets and building client relationships, Elsie led numerous change management projects to transform the organization and people to be future ready in the digital evolution. She was responsible in driving customer experience and operational excellence for her 500 team members including a large call centre that took in over 3 million advertisements per year. Elsie pivoted the group to new publishing and customer relationship management systems and led in system change projects valued at over $20m.

Elsie joined the Rotary Club of Pandan Valley in 2010. She was the Past President in RY2014/2015 and have been an active and engaged member participating in numerous community and international projects. She has also been the District Chair in Public Image for three years since RY2015/16 and helped in District Training programs. She is currently an Assistant Governor. Elsie is also a life member of The Singapore Press Club and their Honorary Treasurer.

Raj has been instrumental in initiating several campaigns under Project Connect- a CSR project initiated by his company- working with ST Money Pocket Fund in Singapore, Bishop Allen Girls Home in Chennai (India), street kids in Jaipur (India), and an orphanage in Cambodia. He has championed the Junior Engineers Project under the Vocational Service committee and also actively involved in Batesda Home Orphanage Project in Batam under the International Service committee. He has been a rotarian for 5 years, and currently on board the Rotary Club of Singapore for the 3rd consecutive year.

Lai Chun has extensive experience training all levels of staff members from various industries (government organizations & MNCs in property, hospitality, retail, financial sectors, telcos, educational institutions etc). She has more than 20 years’ experience in local, as well as international training and consultancy work.
Lai Chun was with Samaritans of Singapore (SOS) for 8 years on suicide prevention work. While in SOS, she trained volunteers, personnel from Singapore Police Force, as well as HR and hotline personnel from organisations in crisis skills. She was also the main speaker and facilitator for SOS external workshops and programmes.
Lai Chun’s corporate training career took flight when she joined the training departments in The Body Shop, POSBank and Service Quality Centre (SQC -whose parent company was Singapore Airlines). While in SQC, her trainees included management and cabin crew members of SIA.
She was also the Global Master Trainer in an international company (UP Your Service Ltd), which brings her experience into many public and international MNCs in South East Asia, North & South Asia, Middle East, Australia and Europe.
Lai Chun was also the former Executive Director at Canossaville Children's Home/In 2019, Lai Chun authored a book – ‘Do I matter’ which focuses on the importance of self-esteem in being a ‘resilient’ shield to help us weather any life storms and maintaining our well-being.
Lai Chun also speaks at international conferences and company-wide events, as well as on radio and TV programmes.

KC Tong served in the National Service & ROD as a Signals Officer from 1971-1973. He graduated with a B.Sc Bldg (Hons) from University of Singapore in 1977. KC Tong was a Project Director of Tong Bros Construction Co Pte Ltd (family construction business) managing construction of factory/warehouse in Ipoh & Singapore. He diversified the company’s activities to residential property development of terrace, semi-D & detached houses and condominium. In 1985, he co-founded Electronic Resources Ltd (ERL), a distributor of key components (Intel CPUs, HDDs, MB, memory chips) in the PCs market.
In 1993, ERL was listed on SESDAQ and in 1995 was upgraded to the Main Board of SGX. With $1.0 billion annual sales, ERL was acquired by Ingram Micro Inc in 1997. In 1999, KC Tong retired as a Chairman of ERL to return to family business. From 1999 onwards, KC Tong spent his time to manage his family business of construction and property development, extending investments in property development to Tokyo, San Francisco and golf courses to UK.

Angela starts serving in the community since aged 18 as a Grassroots Leader with Braddell Heights Community Club’s Youth Executive Committee and Women Executive Committee, Tampines Central Community Club Women Executive Committee, Residents Committee, holding post from Treasurer, Secretary, auditor, vice chairperson and Chairperson during her tenure. She was also a Pioneer Generation Ambassador from Year 2015 to Year 2017, doing home visit to Pioneer Generation Citizens, to explain and engage seniors on the Government initiative Pioneer Generation Package and Silver Support Scheme Package. She is also a volunteer with Yellow Ribbon Community Project (YRCP) grassroots-led initiative, visiting families of offenders to offer them social support and assistance to help minimise their burden.
Her involvement in the community includes organising community event such as one day educational tour, social education, overseas tours, ministerial community visit, home visit and assessing ComCare Applicants and many more. She joined the Rotary Club of Singapore East in May 2018. She is currently Honorary Treasurer with FRCS-Family Service Center since Oct 2018.
