Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is the ability to understand and manage our own emotions and the emotions of others around. With this skill, we are able to communicate with people and situations more productively - so as to live life to our maximum satisfaction.
In this programme, the knowledge of EQ skills is complemented with the basics of Transactional Analysis (TA) – a concept which helps us understand why we behave the way we do and why others behave the way they do.
The focus of the Workshop will be on the productive skills necessary to connect and engage with people in our personal lives – with family, friends, colleagues or team members.
