Every part of your body is a machine, and when machines are not used regularly, they rust. This is known as a process called neuroplasticity, when you learn something new, the brain forms new connection and when you revisit those connections you recall those memories better.
This course aims to improve concentration and focus. You will be armed with four vital techniques to stimulate the brain and keep your mind active. Numerous brain exercises and practices will help you focus and achieve an active and meaningful life in your Silver years.

- Conduct a self-test to find out our own tendency
- Explore how our brains work to concentrate and focus
- Know four simple techniques to set up our brains for high performance
- Explore and learn some important discoveries in neurological research related to high performance through concentration
- Practice five more techniques to instantly bring our brains back from distractions into a state of high concentration

Mr Ching Kwock Wing has over 20 years of expertise in corporate strategies, governance, product planning and management, sales & marketing, business development and customer relations management. He has been also lecturing in universities and conducted numerous training seminars throughout China. Kwock Wing obtained his Master of Science, Indutsrial Engineering and was a recipient of the prestigious Colombo Plan Scholarship of the British Commonwealth.
